By downloading or using the Terravox Radio application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. Terravox Radio Team (the "Developer", "we", or "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission. The App, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to the Developer.
We are committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. The App is currently free to use. We will never charge you for the App or its premium services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
At some point, we may wish to update the App. You promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you to continue utilizing the Service.
Certain functions of the App, including streaming radio data and fetching map tiles, require the App to have an active internet connection. The Developer cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to an active network connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
If you use the App outside of an area with Wi-Fi, remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You are solely responsible for playing internet radio streams which may consume substantial data allowances, and any roaming data charges incurred.
The App uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:
We endeavor to ensure that the information and radio station data provided within the App is correct at all times, but we rely on third-party radio directory sources. Terravox Radio accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the content or functionality of the App. We are not responsible for the content broadcasted by the independent radio stations available through our directory.
We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone or remove software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise its security features, and cause the App to malfunction.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
