Terravox Radio Team ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Terravox Radio mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our Service, in compliance with the Google Play Developer Policy.

In accordance with the Google Play Data Safety requirements, we collect and process the following types of information to provide and improve our Service:

• Location Data (Approximate and Precise): We request access to your device's location to display radio stations near you on the interactive map. Location data is processed locally and transiently during map usage.
• Personal Information (Optional): If you choose to create an account, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Password to synchronize your favorites, themes, and history across devices.
• App Activity & Interactions: We collect non-personally identifiable data about how you interact with the app (e.g., stations played, themes applied) for analytics and crash reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide core features of the Service, such as map-based station discovery.
• To manage your account, save your favorites, and persist your settings (like custom themes).
• To improve the app's performance and fix technical issues (crash logs).

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymous or aggregated data with third-party service providers to facilitate our Service. The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, governed by their respective Privacy Policies:

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Retention: We retain your personal data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.

Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting us at the email provided below. Upon request, all personally identifiable information, saved favorites, and history will be permanently erased from our servers.

6. Security of Your Information

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
